Silver Jubilee Coach E - corridor third. From introduction of the train in 1935 until Feb 1938 this coach formed part of a twin with Coach G (then Coach F). After that date an extra corridor third was added as Coach F and Coach F then became Coach G - the three coaches were changed to a triplet from that date. Thus the train was formed of eight coaches which remained until withdrawal at the outbreak of the war.
